La luz de espectro completo te interesa durante el día (SOL). La franja del azul-UV causa estrés celular, aunque es necesario para producir hormonas y la dopamina ocular. La luz cálida (FUEGO) te interesa por la tarde-noche para equilibrar los niveles de melatonina. Recomiendo usar menos de 3000 K de temperatura de tonalidad para la luz ambiente, evitando LEDs por lo general.
A nivel óptico se sabe que con luz solar el ojo enfoca mejor objetos lejanos, yo asumo que se debe a que el sol emite un espectro completo en la región visible, con lo cual refleja más ondas, digo esto simplificandolo mucho.
En resumen: temperatura de tonalidad, lúmenes y gráfica espectral (esto último lo deduces sabiendo el tipo de tecnología de la bombilla)

Interesante listado de referencias.La exposición a la luz solar en humanos suele implicar la atención visual en objetos lejanos. Sales al exterior para jugar al futbol no para dedicarte a meter hilos en alfileres. Correcto, un rico tiene grandes ventanales y grandes jardines con árboles centenarios para observar a cientos de metros de distancia, además de para aprovechar el bendito sol.
