A former Tesla employee said Elon Musk ignored Kirkhorn's prudent financial advice at least once. The CEO wanted to allocate some $7 million to an automation project at the company's Fremont factory. Once Musk forgot about the appealing new equipment, which Kirkhorn had viewed as non-essential, the funds were used to cover overages on other projects already under way

La demanda de pisos nuevos en Recoletos a 50 euros/m2 es virtualmente infinita. Otra cosa es que a la promotora le salgan a cuenta construirlos y venderlos por ese precio.

Precio apartamento Sor Angela de la Cruz 100 m2 que ya no te tienes que comprar: 650.000,00€
Precio piso Recoletos considerando ahorro: 350.000,00 €

You would expect a company promising further rapid growth, including building a giant new factory in China and launching new models, to be at least matching depreciation and more likely exceeding it substantially. The fourth quarter’s low figure was actually almost exactly the same as General Motors Co.’s ratio for the 12 months through September, 66 percent, and the lowest since the third quarter of 2016
