We've hit over 100% of our funding requirements for people registering for the first sale, the next step is to KYC everyone on the platform and get set-up ready for launch. (More info tomorrow).
We could end the announcement with just that, but I’m sure you would all like to know a bit more.
As I’m sure you all know, we have been working tirelessly behind the scenes on the marketing and development of our marketplace ahead of mainnet launch. Thanks to the community and our targeted social ads, we have had over 100% of our first property pledged.
Our adverts have been running for less than a week and we have hit our initial target. This is a great indication that high-value investors are looking for a marketplace like ours and is further validation that if you are in this community then you are very early!
Continuing at this rate, we will average 30 new registrations a week and we will be branching out to other networks, increasing our budget as we launch the marketplace on mainnet.
Targeted social marketing for the first property will continue until we have reached at least 200% of our first property. This will ensure that the first property sale will complete, even with 50% of investors dropping off.
Whitelist registrations will remain open until the first property goes live, if you haven't had the opportunity to register your interest yet, do it asap.
Mainnet is just round the corner - TOMORROW!
With mainnet going live, investors will be able to set up on the platform and complete KYC and AML procedures ready for when the property gets listed.
Our team will be working closely with larger real estate investors who have not used an NFT marketplace before. This will ensure that they are prepped and have everything ready for when the property goes live.
If you want to guarantee your investment, make sure you perform all KYC and AML checks on the mainnet marketplace. These steps MUST be completed before investing in a property NFT. By registering on the marketplace, you can lock your positions in for the first property sale.
Mainnet launches tomorrow (Friday 10th December) and we will announce when it has gone live.
Whitepaper Updates
The whitepaper is a living document and will continue to be developed over time. To make things easier for investors, we are creating a frequently asked questions section.
If you have any questions about the marketplace or the process in general, please reach out to the team and we will aim to answer the majority of them in the new FAQ area of the whitepaper.
Legal Update
Our legal team is communicating with the European Securities and Markets Authority. Everything so far has been approved and adheres to all of their guidelines and regulations, we are now waiting for the final green light.
As soon as we get this from ESMA, we will be able to launch the sale of our first fractional property NFTs.
Not only is this a mandatory step before listing, but ESMA approval will open up many doors to us as we will be the first.
This is a case of ‘when’ and not ‘if’ - It is not expected to take much longer and we highly recommend setting up your account on the mainnet marketplace, ready for the property to drop.
