In 2024, Ukraine will begin conscripting men, up to age 60, living outside of Ukraine. It will be the job of the EU/US to round up these draft dodgers and send them to Ukraine to die for "Freedom and Democracy".
Ukrainian men between the ages of 25 and 60 living abroad will be asked to report for military service
President Zelensky told journalists that 450,000-500,000 new soldiers were needed
