No lo entiendo, debería haber algún retroceso y comenzar ya la tendencia inversa de bajada.

La realidad es que poner el IVA de un 7% a un 8% no constituye un aumento tan cuantioso como lo parece sobre el algo que está en un creciente y más que indiscutible descenso como lo es el preecio de la vivienda, lo mismo que ocurre con la supresión de la desgravación fiscal por compra de vivienda que solo para rentas mayores de 24,200 € que no creo sean precisamente, la gran mayoría de toda la masa general compradora.

En estas condiciones, no es extraño que no aumente tanto (o nada) el número de ventas, como nos quieren hacer creer los interesados vendedores o quienes les representan, ocultando con descaro que lo único que se vende es lo que está muy rebajado de precio y tratando así de manipular demagogicamente lo datos estadísticos. Esto es lo que hace que los anuncios de los portales inmobiliarios no descienden sino que vayan en un aumento también creciente.

Aquí hay algo que no me cuadra. Acabo de entrar en la página de Idealista y juro por la pata de un burro que acabo de ver la espeluznante cifra de 501.102anuncios, 4.002 hoy. Eso es inaudito y evidentemente erróneo... ¿Qué está ocurriendo en idealista?

que exito de idealista en escasamente 3 años ,de pasar de 70000 a casi 500000 de anuncios y luego decimos que estamos en crisis.
