Tres años después del término de su construcción, la Torre de la Rosaleda está prácticamente vacía. Solo se han vendido 36 viviendas, tres oficinas y tres locales que no han sido ocupados. Hogalia, la promotora perteneciente al Grupo Mall que gestionaba la venta y el alquiler del edificio, está “en quiebra y desaparecida”, y adeuda 240.000 euros a la comunidad de vecinos. Abrumados por los problemas, poco a poco los inquilinos se han marchado del lugar.

En el Ejido hay construido otro mastodonte de esas caracteristicas y les pillo de pleno el estallido de la burbuja y esta todo sin vender.



















Pero ya le han encontrado utilidad, van a realizar una maraton de subir escaleras .. .El edificio Torrelaguna de El Ejido acogerá la I Carrera Vertical con una pista de 547 escaleras en 29 plantas - 20minutos.es ... .. .
