"El Ayuntamiento de Alcorcón ha adjudicado a la UTE Ferrovial-FCC las obras del Centro de Creación de las Artes de Alcorcón, “la mayor obra desde el punto de vista cultural que se está haciendo en la Comunidad de Madrid”, según ha afirmado el alcalde Enrique Cascallana.

El proyecto, que estará finalizado en 2010, tiene un presupuesto de adjudicación de 104.229.953 euros. El inicio de las obras está previsto para dentro de dos meses y el plazo de ejecución es de 38 meses."
