Salary and Compensation:
- Starting salary: €15.46/hour (gross) for new drivers
- Salary scale increases based on experience
- Weekly payment for a minimum of 40 hours
- Travel allowance: €0.21/kilometer from accommodation to work
- 8% holiday allowance
- Net salary range: €2400 to €3000 per month
Irregular Hours Compensation:
- Public tras*port: Extra €4.80/hour (Monday to Friday, 19:00 - 07:30)
- Saturday: Extra €4.45/hour
- Sunday and public holidays, 00:00 - 06:00: Extra €6.18/hour
- Extra hours paid at 35% on all days
Requirements:
- Driver’s license D
- Valid Code 95
- English level B1/B2 (day shift) or A1 (night shifts)
- Eligibility to work in the Netherlands (EU nationality/citizenship or work permit)
- At least 6 months of experience in the last 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Pre-trip checks on the bus
- Mileage recording
- Route planning
- Driving designated routes
- Bus maintenance

- Flexible start date (arrive on Monday or Tuesday)
Arrival and Tests:
- Candidates arrive at their own expense
- Travel from the airport reimbursed in the first week
- Arrival on Monday or Tuesday during working hours
- Medical test (clinical and urine) on Wednesday or Thursday
